My name is Debora.
I am a psychologist, nutritionist, traveller, and foodie who is passionate about nature, personal growth, gut health, Ayurveda, community, longevity, painting, animals, and committed to make a positive impact on the world around me.
My vision is clear:
To create an eco-wellness community center in Switzerland — a space for connection, creativity, and well-being. A place where we come together for workshops, Tavolatas, board games, cooking, ecstatic dance, women’s circles, and growing our own food, surrounded by inspiring art. And the best part? Some of it is already a reality.

My path to holistic health
Health has always been a key topic for me – both physically and mentally. As a child, I was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia ITP (platelet deficiency). The contraceptive pill I had to take because of this led to severe side effects – including depression and suicidal thoughts. I had my spleen removed in 2014 and have lived without ITP ever since. This experience shaped my understanding of how closely body and mind are connected and strengthened my desire to devote myself to psychology and health.
Travelling and discovering my passions
I’ve always had many interests, which didn’t exactly make choosing my degree programme easy. In the end, I decided to study psychology at the University of Bern – fascinated by how our thoughts influence our experience and behaviour and convinced that they have enormous power. But during my studies, I realised that I didn’t want to limit myself to classical psychology – I wanted to support people in a holistic way.
After completing my Master’s degree, I followed my passion for travelling and spent almost two years in Latin America, several months in the USA, six months in Asia and further time in Europe and North Africa. I worked on farms, in eco-communities, hotels and, above all, in kitchens. This is where my passion for cooking and nutrition deepened. I had already organised catering for acquaintances during my studies, but it was on the road that I discovered the true meaning of food: It connects, tells stories and energises us.
In 2016, I switched to a vegan nutrition and began to focus intensively on the health aspects of a plant-based nutrition. I devoured countless books and studies and years later decided to do further training in holistic nutrition.
From travelling to self-employment
My travels have not only inspired me, but also changed my perspective on life. I learnt to see Switzerland with new eyes and realised how grateful I am to my parents. They always encouraged me to go my own way.
During my travels, I realised that I wanted to create a job that combined all my passions. Encouraged by the positive feedback I received while travelling, I started writing a cookbook. After returning to Switzerland, I started my own catering business. Over time, this developed into cooking classes, cooking for retreats and 1:1 mentoring.
Today, I show people how they can bring more well-being and joie de vivre into their everyday lives with a conscious nutrition, a strong mindset and healthy routines. Because health doesn’t just start on the plate – it starts within us.

My cookbook features over 60 of my favourite travel-inspired recipes — nourishing, free from refined sugar, many variations to personalise the dishes, and prepared in less than 30 minutes.

My catering offers delicious, whole-food dishes tailored to your event – fresh, flavourful, and inspired by global cuisine. Enjoy plant-based, vibrant, and nourishing meals without compromise.

Mentoring
My 1:1 support combines nutrition, psychology, and mindset. We identify together the causes, personal hurdles, goals, individualised menu plans with recipes during weekly online check-ins.
