Dear Reader,
It has been years since my last blog entry. I’ve missed writing here.
You might remember me as the full-time minimalist traveller. Living a nomadic lifestyle was a powerful and inspiring chapter that taught me who I am, what I value, and what I don’t want. But to bring my ideas to life, I realised I would profit from a stable base.
A place to grow roots, nurture relationships, and create something meaningful.
In 2020, I started my catering business, which has been growing steadily every year. I began working as a mentor, using my background in psychology and nutrition to help people eat and live more consciously and to build a life of freedom and purpose.
Since then, life has continued to evolve in unexpected ways. I bought an apartment, got married, divorced less than two years later, and while I lost what I thought was the love of my life, I eventually met the man of my dreams. The year after my separation was the hardest I’ve ever faced but it shaped me into a stronger version of myself.
Over the past few years, I’ve built a beautiful community of like-minded people. This is what life is truly about for me: Spending time with loved ones, supporting and inspiring one another, and creating moments of deep connection.
I host vegan potlucks, board game nights, women’s circles, cooking gatherings, and monthly brunches.
Through my mentoring work, I’ve noticed that similar topics keep coming up. Struggles with balance, nourishment, self-worth, setting boundaries, bloodwork, and purpose. Because I want to reach and support more people on their journeys, I decided to start an online community and to revive this website as a space for sharing, support, and connection.
This time, I’ll be writing more personally. Combining reflections with practical tools and journaling prompts to help you explore your own path. Part of the content will be available exclusively to members. Though much will remain free. And don’t worry, I have no plans to delete my travel posts. They’re an important part of my story and I see that many of you still enjoy reading them today.
For the next 30 days, I will be posting almost daily. Something I’ve been preparing for since August.
I would love to hear from you and get to know you. Next week, we’re heading to Bali for a retreat and will be staying there for a bit longer.
If you’re curious, you can follow along on Instagram @deboraspassions and please feel free to send a message so we can connect.
With love,
Debora
