I haven’t been very active here since a while. I promise to come back soon. Lots of blog entries are waiting to be published. Plus I still haven’t shared our experience from the Philippines and Lombok. Both of them contain very local experiences, two weddings, living on a private island thanks to Couchsurfing, learning how to Scuba dive and much more.
In the meantime, I would like to share my latest achievement. I am so excited that finally I can share with you what I have been working on for almost three years. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I and it will help you to eat healthier.
This book is more than an ordinary cookbook. In this book I would like to share with you what I learned in the past few years. Not only what is important to consider for a healthy nutrition, but also which vegan replacements can help you get started to eat vegan. I will also explain why I eat vegan, supported by scientific studies.
What makes this book different to other cookbooks is that most recipes contain a “GET CREATIVE” section where you can change the dish based on personal preferences. A balanced simple whole food is in the focus and the recipes contain neither refined sugar nor unhealthy oils and are prepared in less than 30 minutes. So it is made for the everyday kitchen.
