
Today I would like to share with you a recipe from my book “Favourite recipes from the world“. At the moment it is wild garlic season here in Switzerland. If you are following me on instagram (@deboraspassions) you might have realised 😉
Wild garlic is antibacterial. Besides vitamin C and beta-carotene, it also contains minerals such as calcium, iron, and magnesium.
We enjoy it together with pasta, on bread, in bread, as risotto or just sneak it alone. It is soooo good 🙂
Little tip: Wild garlic likes to grow close to water and in the shadow. You will recognize it by its strong garlic smell.
